- Over 80 years of service – BWC women have devoted time, talents and resources to support and enhance Bexley since March of 1935 when a small group met at Bexley High School’s music room. By June of that year, 125 women paid yearly dues of $0.50. That year donations were given to the South Side Settlement House for children to attend summer camp.
- Focus on education – In 1937, the BWC Scholarship Fund was established. Since the beginning, it has been our priority to support students seeking an education.
- Still Active – Being engaged in this unique community through Bexley Women’s Club is lots of fun. We gather for social service, friendship, knowledge and networking. Bexley Women’s Club continues to provide a growing number of scholarships and support to local social services.
The Bexley Women’s Club is well-known for its scholarship program, but did you know that we also contribute to other worthy charitable causes in our community?
