- Over 75 years of service – BWC women have devoted time, talents and resources to support and enhance Bexley since March, 1935 when a small group met at Bexley High School’s music room. By June of that year, 125 women paid yearly dues of .50 cents. That year donations were given to the South Side Settlement House for children to attend summer camp.
- Focus on education – In 1937, the BWC Scholarship Fund was established. Since the beginning, supporting students seeking an education has been a priority.
- Still Active – Being engaged in this unique community through Bexley Women’s Club is lots of fun. We gather for social service, friendship, knowledge and networking. Bexley Women’s Club continues to provide a growing number of scholarships and support to local social services.
